This is an excellent place to have Indian tea i.e. Chai and quick hot bites in the Melbourne CBD. The place offers a variety of Chai which is a popular beverage known for its rich flavor, aroma, spices and milky flavor. It offers: Kashmiri Chai, Masala Chai, Ginger Chai, Turmeric Chai and other options. This place is at a short walk from the Flinders train station. The place is good to have chai and quick bite for a small group due to its limited space capacity. The staff is good and their website highlights the health benefits of Chai (boost immunity, helps digestion, relieve stress and being full of antioxidants). Enjoy Chai during this winter!

We spotted this place while walking across the busy Elizabeth Street and we had only coffee and absolutely loved it. Pricing, we felt could be better.
